DRCH was founded in 1976 by Dean Russell. Now owned by Chase O’Steen, a Jacksonville native that grew up in the custom home business, as his dad was a builder for 20+ years!

 

Chase and Dean work alongside each other focusing on residential custom homes and remodels as well as commercial buildings and remodels.
